There is no better way to explore and understand a culture than through its cuisine. In an effort to showcase the diversity of Vietnamese food, the culinary team offers guests a unique experience in Ho Chi Minh City.
Guests are introduced to their classroom in one of the five show kitchens in Square One. Under the watchful eye of talented chefs, they can learn to prepare and cook traditional Vietnamese dishes. Certain dishes that guests will discover during the cooking class are:
- Fresh Spring Rolls
- Salmon Claypot
To complete the experience, all participants will receive a recipe folder and a Vietnamese cookbook so they can continue at home what they have learned in Vietnam.
The culinary journey begins at 3:00 PM at Square One restaurant and will end at 5.00 PM. It is priced at VND 2,300,000 per person, subject to service charge and VAT.
Cooking class reservations require 12-hour advance notice and minimum attendance. Cancellations must be received 6+ hours before scheduled time to avoid full payment.
