Your VND 300,000 net F&B credit at the pool allows you to savor refreshing beverages and light bites without leaving your sanctuary.

Terms & Conditions

1.Each day pass is valid for one person and for one day only.

2.The day pass is valid from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

3.The VND 300,000 net food and beverage credit is valid at the pool only and is non-refundable if unused.

4.A 10% discount on food and beverage is valid at hotel outlets only, excluding pool service, and may only be used on the day of the visit.

5.Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian when using the pool.

6.Children under 12 years of age are not permitted to use the gym, steam room, or relaxation areas. In the changing rooms, they must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.

7.Guests are advised not to leave valuables unattended at the pool or spa. The hotel accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.

8.Food and beverages from outside the hotel are not permitted.

9.Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times when using the pool facilities.

10.The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who do not comply with pool rules, safety instructions, or reasonable staff directions.

11.Guests may be held responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by negligence, misuse, or misconduct.

12.Guests use the pool and related facilities at their own risk and should ensure they are medically fit to do so.

13.Complimentary parking is subject to a minimum VND 300,000 net F&B consumption.
