Personal Photography: Photos or videos taken by guests using mobile phones.

Professional Photography: Photos or videos captured using professional equipment, such as cameras, tripods, lighting rigs, or setups beyond mobile phone use.

Permitted Areas: Mobile phone photography (without flash) is allowed in reserved or booked areas only. Photography is restricted in the spa, pool, fitness center, and private event spaces unless otherwise approved.

Guest and Employee Privacy: Our first priority is the privacy and comfort of our guests and employees. Unauthorized photography or videography of other guests or employees, without their written consent, is not permitted. Park Hyatt Saigon reserves the right to request footage removal if it violates this guideline.

Limited Use of Popular Spots: Please limit your time in popular photo spots, such as the hotel lobby, and keep sessions brief to allow other guests to enjoy these areas.

Care of Hotel Property: We kindly ask guests to avoid moving or touching hotel decorations.

Outfit Changes and Styling: Changing outfits on hotel premises is not permitted. Minor touch-ups are allowed, but professional makeup or styling services are not permitted in public spaces, including restrooms.

Content Restrictions: Photo shoots involving nudity, sexual content, or themes inconsistent with local laws, culture, or the hotel’s values are prohibited.
Professional Photography
Professional photography and videography require prior approval from Hotel Management and are strictly not permitted in public areas of the hotel, being allowed only in designated, booked rooms under the following conditions:

Designated Suites: Photography is permitted only in the Lam Son Suite, Park Executive Suite, or Presidential Suite. For details on each suite, visit our website: https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/hotel/vietnam/park-hyatt-saigon/saiph/rooms.

Day-Use Hours: Photography sessions are allowed between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. Overnight stays are not permitted. For special projects requiring additional time, please contact SAIPH-marketing.communications@hyatt.com to discuss options.

Guest and Crew Limits: A maximum of six people per session is allowed, and all attendees must present identification upon arrival.

Decor and Property Care: Moving, removing, or covering any artwork, furniture, or fixtures is not allowed without hotel management’s permission.

No Posting or Attaching Objects: Attaching banners, posters, or other objects with nails, pins, tape, or similar materials is not permitted.

Insurance and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage to Park Hyatt Saigon’s property or equipment during in-room photo or video shoots. For larger or commercial projects, proof of liability insurance may be required.

Commercial and Editorial Use: Any commercial or editorial use of photos or videos taken at Park Hyatt Saigon, including social media content from professional shoots, requires prior written approval. Unauthorized use of the hotel’s brand or trademarks is strictly prohibited.
Event Photography
Guests hosting events or weddings may request professional photography as part of their event package. Please contact our event team at SAIPH-Event.Sales@hyatt.com for details on approvals and specific conditions for event photography.
