Presented with timeless elegance on classic French Ecruis stands and artisanal Hanoia lacquer trays, every detail is designed to elevate the senses.
Experience a sophisticated selection of savories including eggplant burrata, smoked duck breast, tiger prawn tartlette, crab soft bun, smoked eel macaron, and Hokkaido scallop with cauliflower puree. This is complemented by a tempting array of sweets such as chocolate fondant, hazelnut sphere, tarte yuzu meringue, framboise sphere, mango & passionfruit petit gâteau, and delicate madeleines. The experience is completed with freshly baked scones served with strawberry inspiration crèmeux and Tahitian vanilla clotted cream, accompanied by your choice of selected hot special tea or coffee.
