This May, Masters of Food and Wine, an inspired celebration of gastronomy and artisanal craft, unveils an exclusive collaboration between Park Hyatt Saigon and Hotel Toranomon Hills. Within the intimate elegance of Opera, guests are invited to embark on a refined evening where Chef Luca Capellato joins forces with Executive Chef Dennis Kuipers of Le Pristine Tokyo to present a thoughtfully composed five-course menu. Each creation unfolds as a dialogue of cultures -from laminato Hokkaido scallop with daikon, caviar, tomato dashi, to the carciofi alla romana enriched with Nagasaki bottarga; from red king crab ravioli infused with kombu, to the tender of Japanese Akaushi beef elevated by Sarawak black pepper, culminating in a contemporary “Green Minestrone” of Tsuji farm tomato and Hamaguri clams. The journey is further elevated by a curated wine pairing recommended by head sommeliers Momoka Mitake and Tran Duc Thanh. Beyond the evening, the spirit of Le Pristine Tokyo continues to resonate, as its contemporary creations grace our renowned Sunday brunch, offering a lasting impression for those drawn to discovery, creativity, and the art of casual fine dining at the Park.
