Park Hyatt Saigon is honoured to welcome Opium Bar Bangkok, an intimate yet vibrant cocktail bar that ranked No. 25 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2026 and was named among Tatler Asia’s Best 20 Bars in Bangkok 2026, joining us for an exclusive guest shift in celebration of Negroni Week 2026.

At the helm for the occasion is Mateo Cadeddu, Opium Bar Bangkok’s Bar Manager, who will take over the bar at 2 Lam Son to offer his own interpretation of the Negroni, drawing inspiration from the flavours, stories and spirit of Bangkok for a memorable evening.
